Start from what works
Send a glove you already use, or describe the liner, coating and level. We match it, then improve the weak point — usually palm wear, cuff length or sizing consistency.
Private label · 500 pairs per style
Your liner, your coating, your colors, your packaging — built to a sample you approve, from 500 pairs per style.
Most custom work glove buyers do not need a new glove from scratch. They need their own version of a proven construction: a specific liner and gauge, a coating finish they already know works, their brand on the back and their packaging on the shelf. That is what we build.
The process is deliberately plain. You send the spec or a sample of the glove you use today. We match materials, make a counter-sample, and send it with the packaging mock-up. Nothing goes to bulk until that sample is approved in writing.
A written spec sheet is the part that usually gets skipped and is usually the reason a reorder drifts. Ours records liner, gauge, coating, finish, size grading, colour reference, logo placement and packing count. That sheet is what the second order is made against, so a change in yarn or construction shows up as a question rather than as a surprise in your warehouse.
Reviewed · Specs confirmed on the approved sample

Logo print on the back of the hand, woven or printed label, custom knit color and contrast cuff. We confirm artwork and placement on the sample, not after production.
Polybag, printed bag, header card, hang tag, size sticker and carton mark. Retail-ready or plain bulk cartons — both are set up from the same approved sample.
Reference
Ratings depend on liner, gauge and coating. Final values are confirmed on the approved sample.
Most private-label orders change the liner, coating, colour, branding and packing, not the basic pattern. Each element is confirmed on a counter-sample or a physical proof before bulk.

Questions buyers ask
If your question is about a specific style, send the spec and we will answer with the sample plan instead of a generic reply.
Usually yes. Send one pair and the spec if you have it. We identify liner, gauge, coating and cuff, then send a counter-sample so you can compare side by side before committing.
500 pairs per style and color. Mixed sizes are fine within that quantity. If you need several colors, each color carries its own 500-pair minimum.
Counter-sample in 7–10 days, then 20–30 days for bulk after you approve it. Packaging artwork is approved in parallel, so it does not add a separate stage.
We can plan repeat production against a forecast and hold finished cartons for scheduled release. Terms depend on volume and seasonality; tell us your reorder pattern and we will propose a schedule.
Yes. The approved spec sheet records size grading, cuff or overall length and the measurement point, along with material, coating and packing. The counter-sample is measured against that sheet, so a reorder is made to the same numbers.
