Feel you can work in
A 15G nylon liner with a thin PU palm is close to bare-hand dexterity. It is the difference between a glove that gets worn for a full shift and one that ends up in a pocket.
13G & 15G liners · palm dip
Thin, breathable palm-dipped gloves for small parts, assembly and packing — the lightest option in the range, and the one buyers reorder most.
PU coated work gloves are the dexterity choice. The coating sits thin on a fine-gauge liner, leaves the back of the hand open to air, and keeps enough friction to pick up a screw, a connector or a folded carton without pinching. For work where the hazard is abrasion and handling rather than cut or heat, PU is usually the right first sample.
We run PU on 13-gauge polyester for durability and on 15-gauge nylon when feel matters more. Palm dip, three-quarter dip and full dip are all available, along with touchscreen fingertips and a knit wrist or short cuff.
Washability is the other half of the cost equation. A PU glove can be laundered a limited number of times and reused, which changes the cost per shift more than the unit price does. Ask for a glove that still has a palm after washing; a coating that cracks at the knuckles after three cycles is the expensive option even at the lower price.

Open-back construction lets heat out. In warm warehouses this matters more than another gram of coating thickness, because a sweaty glove comes off.
Palm dip for dry handling, three-quarter dip for knuckle scuffs, full dip when the whole hand meets grit. We match the dip to the wear pattern you describe.

Ratings depend on liner, gauge and coating. Final values are confirmed on the approved sample.
A finer gauge gives more feel and less abrasion life. Choose by the wear you actually see.

Questions buyers ask
If your question is about a specific style, send the spec and we will answer with the sample plan instead of a generic reply.
PU when parts are dry and you need feel. Nitrile when there is oil, coolant or abrasion that eats a thin PU palm quickly. Many buyers stock both and issue them by workstation.
Yes. Conductive fingertips can be added to thumb and index, or to all five fingers. Confirm the device type when you order, because the conductive yarn is matched to capacitive screens.
Palm-dipped PU gloves can be hand-washed in cool water and air-dried, which extends life in clean assembly. They are not intended for repeated industrial laundering.
500 pairs per style and color, in mixed sizes. Sample pairs are sent before bulk so you can check fit, feel and coating adhesion on your own line.
