Overview

What wholesale buyers actually need

Wholesale work glove buyers care about three things: a landed cost they can build a margin on, a reorder that matches the first shipment, and packaging that survives their own channel. The glove itself is often already decided by their customers.

Terms, pallets and size ratios

We quote FOB or DDP, pack mixed pallets across families, and set a size ratio per carton so your warehouse does not end up with a pallet of XXL. For repeat business we plan production against a rolling forecast rather than waiting for the stockout.

Prove the glove before the container

Start with a sample kit rather than a container. Three to six families, one or two sizes each, is enough to test the glove on your customers’ actual tasks and to see whether the packaging survives your channel. Once a family proves out, the reorder can be planned against a rolling forecast, so production slots are booked before the stockout — usually the difference between a smooth season and paying air freight for a fast mover.

01

Mixed pallets

Combine coated, leather and insulated families on one order to reach a container or pallet target without committing to a single style.

02

Margin-aware pricing

Pricing is quoted at your quantity and packaging level, with the cost of branding and carton work shown separately so you can see where margin goes.

03

Reorder discipline

We keep the approved sample and spec on file so the second order matches the first, and plan bulk against your forecast instead of a rush order.

Options and ratings

Ratings depend on liner, gauge and coating. Final values are confirmed on the approved sample.

Wholesale order shapes

Order shape follows the channel. A sample kit is the low-risk way to test three to six families before committing to a pallet or container.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers

If your question is about a specific style, send the spec and we will answer with the sample plan instead of a generic reply.

Do you have a distributor price list?

We quote per order rather than publish a list, because price moves with quantity, coating, packaging and destination. Send the families, quantities and port and you will get a firm quote.

Can I mix styles to reach a container?

Yes. Mixed pallets and mixed containers are normal for distributor orders. Each style still carries the 500-pair minimum.

Do you offer exclusivity?

For a defined territory and a committed annual volume, exclusivity can be discussed. It is a commercial agreement, not a standard term, so it needs a conversation before the first order.

What are the payment terms?

Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance before shipment. Terms can be reviewed after a track record of repeat orders. Longer terms are usually tied to a committed forecast rather than to a single shipment.

Next step

Send your spec. Get samples and a landed price.

Share the glove type, liner and coating, quantities and destination. We reply with the sample plan, unit price at your quantity and the packaging options for your market.
